How does the consulting process work?
We will be with you every step of the way as you prepare to advance your career in intercollegiate athletics. We will start with a career assessment, move on to an examination of your network and how to improve those contacts and then assist in the interview process to land your your next job.

Do you provide interview preparation?
Yes. We will provide you questions that you will most likely get asked during an interview and work with you to develop and hone your philosophy, sell your brand and push you across the finish line for your next job.

Do you offer ongoing advising?
We will work with our clients before, during and after they get their next job to assess their careers, future opportunities and grow their network to help other coaches advance.
